The living area is sunny and comfortable, combining a lounge area with TV and heating/air conditioning, and a dining suite for 6. You’ll still feel part of the action cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with a large oven, microwave and dishwasher, or fire up the BBQ and eat alfresco in the expansive outdoor area overlooking the lush garden. The kids will be thrilled with the games room, with its table tennis table. Kick back and relax with a wine after your day at the beach!

The bedroom configuration is flexible, with a master with king bed and BIR, and a second bedroom containing a queen bed and a single bed. There is a family bathroom with shower and a second bathroom next to the games room in the converted garage. This also houses the laundry for your convenience.

Culburra is a popular holiday destination, renowned for its long stretch of beach. A hit with surfers and swimmers alike, it offers a multitude of water activities. Near the property is the coastal Lake Wollumboola, a lovely spot with its protected waters, stunning waterfront walks and natural flora and fauna. Crookhaven Heads Lighthouse is also worth a walk to, providing far-flung vistas.

Culburra is home to several delightful cafes, restaurants and shops, all just a walk away, or drive further afield to explore the local area. Nowra is only a 20 minute drive west through some very pretty countryside, providing all the amenities and facilities of a town, such as a shopping centre, aquatic park, cinema and eateries.
