Great location with highway access to two separate highways within 3 miles, whether you are in town to attend the Super Bowl, Waste Management Phoenix Open, Spring Training or just to spend some time in the sun, it is short drive to everything!!
Step outside to our resort style backyard that features a large diving pool, putting green, propane fire pit, dining area, covered seating area, new propane grill, pool side lounge chairs, cornhole and a well manicured citrus tree.
Once the sun goes down, come inside and enjoy the large open concept living and kitchen areas. Gather together with your favorite people and enjoy a movie on the large 65 inch smart tv. The kitchen comes fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals. Small appliances provided include toaster, blender, panini grill, air fryer and a Keurig coffee machine.
