Positive: First of all the booking grade is given taking into consideration the price, however I think there are some basic things which peoviders with a grade above 6 should have (room looking as in pictures, decent mattresses, provided services as listed). -location is good, not on the main street so not that noisy -host let us book earlier, at around 9:30
Negative: - the room did not look as the room from the booking website, website pictures look better than the room itself (couch missing, older furniture, old and exfoliated paint on the walls, rusted outside fridge, rusted kitchen stove) - for the AC just the fan was working, no cold air was produced and the AC itself was quite dusty. We went in September and during the night temps were ok, but I don't know how you could stay with un unfunctional AC during the winter. - the towels had orange stains on them (they were changed with other ones but those had stains as well, not so obvious), probably washed, but had rust stains. - the housekeeping was advertised as daily but it was done at 2 or 3 days (we stayed for 5 days and it only happened twice which meant taking out the trash and maybe some floor sweeping) - no usual ammenities included (shower gel or soaps or dishwashing liquid) - the mosquito net was torn at the edges and the mosquito net seemed to not cover the whole exit, so a mosquito repelant was needed - bed mattresses were very hard, the first two nights we had back aches
