This clean, bright, open, airy, and freshly painted former Model Unit condo is the perfect place to spend your vacation. Enjoy your coffee while relaxing on the balcony or the perfect spot for evening cocktails while taking in the Ocean AND Bay views.
The fully stocked eat-in kitchen has amazing open views, valted ceilings, two story windows, mounted flat screen TV, granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water/ice dispenser, stove, microwave, dishwasher, built in breakfast bar, wine rack and...Washer & Dryer!
Brand new Pottery Barn Farmhouse table that sits 6 and beautiful new Ballard Designs chandelier to brighten up the dining area. New entry way cubbies from Ballard Designs makes storage of shoes, sweatshirts, purses, totes, etc... a breeze!
The wide open redecorated family room loft is great place to watch the sun rise in the morning, read a book during the day, or watch a movie at night. Family room now has two new large cozy sofas, new coffee table containing a library of perfect beach reading books, new console table, as well as a new flat screen 52 inch 4K TV!
The large master bedroom has a high-end brand new king size mattress and bed, mounted flat screen tv, ocean views and newly built in closets for plenty of room for storage.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. There is also a twin trundle that pulls out from under the bed. This bedroom now contains a much larger flat screen tv and a console table with children's library of books, puzzles, and board games.
The two spacious bathrooms both have gorgeous granite counters and beautifully tiled showers. Owner replaces shower curtains, liners, and bath mats through out the summer to keep everything fresh!
Park your car(s) in your two personal private parking spots, walk to anything in Dewey or take a short 'Jolly Trolley' ride to Rehoboth Avenue/Boardwalk.
Linens and towels not only provided but beds are all made! Just unpack your clothes and hit the beautiful beach or check out all the Dewey restaurants and live music spots! Check-in time is 3 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am.
Rental umbrellas & chairs, plus hot dogs, soda, water, snacks sold on the beach at the beach stand, plus the very popular Water Ice golf cart that patrols the spacious wide open beach.
