Summary: Be aware the key pick-up is in completely different location (not exactly the safest either - we weren’t accosted by anyone, and was fine/got used to it by the end of our trip), but you aren’t informed until the day of, where key pick up is (a 7 min walk from where you’re staying).The room was fine, but the windows weren’t sealed properly, and the sink leaked at the bottom of the bowl. We were fortunate it didn’t rain for the window issues. (You could tell they slapped these rooms together quickly). The breakfast is at the key pick-up place, so we didn’t get to utilize the breakfast as we had plans. However I appreciated the hot water on demand and close proximity to the train station. If you’re a hoity-toity traveller (looking for 5-star type stuff), this place isn’t for you. I did try messaging the staff through the app (I didn’t have an italian number to call) and never received a response. All in all, it wasn’t bad.
