Upon entry to the main floor of Nashville Beach, guests are greeted by an open-concept kitchen with a built-in island banquet, living space with two lounging areas, and an expansive dining area overlooking the main deck and the Gulf of America, plus a laundry room with 2 stacked washer and dryer sets, and 2 bedrooms down the hallway. Upstairs, you will find the remaining six bedrooms, another living area, and a gulf-front deck off the 2 southern bedrooms. The third floor includes an oversized sunroom, wet bar, and half bath. Beyond the family-friendly floor plan, Nashville Beach offers generous flat-screen TVs in both living areas and each bedroom, an elevator accessible from the ground to the top floor, and comfortable seating for every guest.
Nashville Beach is designed with an array of features to ensure both comfort and safety for all guests. For families, the property prioritizes the safety of young beach-goers with pool deck door alarms. On the first floor, a king bedroom includes a wheelchair-accessible bathroom equipped with a roll-in shower and grab bars for added convenience.
