Summary: What a wonderful stay - staff so friendly and welcoming. Hotel had such a warmth and nothing was too much trouble whether in the restaurant, bar or reception. Special thanks to Deborah Gaspard for arranging help for snow chains fitting on our departure day - a saviour!!
