Positive: Great value for money. You just book a bed in a room. Don't expect more. Bring your own towel and soap. But there is a kitchen and a "living room" where you can even hang out a bit. Location is perfect. Doors and walls are a bit thin so bring earplugs but for the rest. Exactly what I need to just sleep for a night.
