Negative: The refrigerator reeked of fish or crabs which permeated apartment. Many lightbulbs were dead. No microwave even though advertised as being there and after years of reviews saying the same. Plunger next to toilet was needed. Septic pipe leak in yard emitted unpleasant odor. Shower water cooled quickly. Shades for sliding entry door were nearly non existent.
