Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: It is nice place in Molina with stunning views over Como. Basically it is small room with well appointed kitchenette and nice although tiny bathroom. The source of light is small balcony with table and chairs and Como as a backdrop. All in all cosy. The host was informative and responsive. There is a nice restaurant 5 minutes up the small street.
Negative: In some outside situations host was not very helpful. Feels like he's not living there. The mattress is smaller the bed construction so its loud and hurtful in times. The sound isolation doesn't exist so you'll hear cars on the road. It is rather off the beaten tracks and far. Bus C31 is passing by right in front of the house but only two times a day. Would be good to get your own car especially since there are some boars wondering around. It is real, not always quite village tourism. You'll be getting much better deal to stay in Bellagio or Como town for the same overprice. We would do that but we booked too late.
