Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: At the price point, I was not expecting luxury but I did have a well equipped cabana that was relatively comfortable with good wifi and it was clean. It was in great proximity to a beautiful beach and public transportation was just outside the door so other parts of the town could be easily visited.

Negative: It took at least 10 minutes to gain access to the property because there is no front desk. Once inside I was shown to my cabana by someone and that's when the nightmare began. There were no instructions for anything. There we're 4 keys to who knows what. I had to figure that out on my own It took until the 2nd day of my visit to even turn on the shower because it was not clearly marked how. There was no one to ask questions about anything and being from another country and not speaking the language just made everything difficult and I am a constant traveler. There were no towels in the cabana, there were small ants everywhere and it was just a frustrating experience when simple communication and instructions would have alleviated every problem I encountered.
