Sunnywell is designed in an upside down fashion to make the most of the far-reaching views from the huge open plan living area on the first floor with a full length window and French doors with a ballustrade. With a fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting and dining areas you will have all you need in this charming room with huge exposed A frames adding to the rustic authentic charm. On the ground floor are the two bedrooms, the large vaulted master double with exposed beams and en-suite facilities and a twin with zip and link beds giving you the option of a double at your request. There is also a further family bathroom with a full size bath to relax after a day walking the moors or cycling on one of the many popular cycling trails. Outside enclosed gardens and a patio with furniture add to the relaxing feel. There is also a small barn outside used as a utility room which doubles up as a store for bikes and boards and also has half size table tennis. Being in such a central location makes Sunnywell perfect as a touring base and from the moment you arrive to a good Cornish welcome from the owners and a wonderful home made cream tea to the moment you leave you are assured of a memorable holiday in idyllic surroundings.
