Positive: The room is clean and nice, with a perfect location in the town, close to the restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops. With a few minutes with car/taxi you can rech the best beaches of the island. And the stuff cannot be more friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend everyone coming to Faliraki to stay here.
