The bedroom on the main level has a king bed and tv. There is a full bathroom down the hall on the main floor. The other 4 bedrooms are located on the upstairs level. The master bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom. The next bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bed over a queen bed and can sleep up to 4 people. The fourth bedroom also has a bunk bed with a twin xl over a queen bed. The final bedroom has a king bed. The game room can also be set up to sleep 3 people with three futons.

This house is located in the stunning, City of Tuscaloosa's Historic District! When staying in the historic district, you will be extremely close to Downtown Tuscaloosa, the University of Alabama's Campus/Strip, as well as wonderful walking trails with an old world, comfortable feel. The trade off is that there are strictly enforced noise ordinances and rules (noise - inside after 10:30, visitor restrictions, & parking restrictions). It is crucial that these rules are adhered to, as the historic district is under a lot of scrutiny. It is important that our guests are respectful of full time residents who have made their full-time home in this area.
