Each unit is directly situated on sand and sea with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a living room that opens to an oceanfront deck. A staircase connects each of the three floors, including the two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms in Captain's House A3. A private boardwalk takes you to the beach, where you can explore and bask in the incredible views to your content. The condos of the Captain's House are a perfect place for quiet getaways, wonderful family gatherings, and vacations of all kinds. These are a premier Amelia Island vacation rental!Please note that you will have to take stairs to get to the property no elevator is on site.
All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella are also provided for you to use during your stay.
We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of DocuSign.
