THE LOCATION

Located on the east end of the island Carolina Kai is a short 5-minute walk to the ocean from it's second street location. Enjoy stunning intercoastal marsh views from the large portrait windows on the top level. Top level living/dining area ensure you will enjoy every sunrise with your morning cup of coffee as well as gorgeous sunsets while dining with family and friends.
PROPERTY DETAILS
This property comes fully stocked with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and relaxing vacation! Carolina Kai has covered parking and lighting for up to 7 cars. You will have access to a private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details) and tiki bar that is equipped with a smart TV. There is a full sized refrigerator nearby in the garage as well as an outdoor shower and, 6 beach chairs provided for your convenience. There are smart TV's in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The outside decks are fully furnished with patio style chairs and furniture. The bottom floor living area has a foosball table that can convert into other games- pool, hockey and ping pong. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your needs to cook a beautiful meal after a day at the beach, including 2 ovens, 2 full size refrigerators/freezers, and 2 dishwashers! This house is very spacious with an elevator making this house handicap friendly. All Stellar Beach rentals include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry. to make the check-in process easy! To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grill.
One four-seater street legal golf cart will be included for all 7-night stays checking in on May 20th, and checking out on September 9th.

Pets are not permitted at this property.
Pool heating is an additional $100 per night with a 3 night minimum. If you would like pool heating please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st - May 15th.
Fire pits and deep fryers are not permitted for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.
Pre-approval is required for parties under age 30.
Smoking is not permitted at any Stellar Beach Property inside or outside. if caught smoking on the premises you will incur a fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach. Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance!
We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.
