Summary: This case is next to capitoli and don't take my impression personally. I like to walk as much as possible so everything can be seen by walk, cementero, John Lennon Park,... My room was very nice with balcony and look and Havana as it is. Arian, the host, explained everything. In case of problems you would be also available via WhatsApp. Big advantage for Cuba newbys like me. He and also his colleague are speaking English, which is a big advantage. After my first casa also this case I can only strongly recommend. As Arian told you can have also breakfast but I preferred to visit each morning a small cafe, 1000m work. Thanks Arian and also thanks to your staff while cleaning the room. I felt comfortable and secure in you house. Don't be surprised, if I next year, you will have a booking again by me.
