Positive: It was a last min book so it was okay
Negative: The pictures need to be updated and when we use the shower a lot of fruit flies was coming out the drain spider was on the wall and a tree had fallen down in the yard look like if you buy food and leave it there they leave of for the next stay idk but it was okay overall
