Positive: The home is safe, clean and has a lot of sleeping capacity. There was sufficient soap in the bathrooms. There was ample street parking and the recycling bins are nearby.

Negative: We should have very carefully read the details about the property before booking. If we had we would have been informed that the host does not provide Internet access (WiFi). Nor does the host provide any way to make coffee (yes, there is some instant coffee and black tea bags), and there is no electric kettle. We found that for a group that wants to make nice home-cooked meals the kitchen is poorly equipped: no dish drainer, an odd array of mismatched cutlery and mismatched pots and pans (but there was a knife sharpener!), no spices (yes, the host provides salt), only enough dish soap for one night and the batteries in the remote control which was needed to operate the units and warm up the space were dead (there were replacements nearby). The sheets are some odd sort of polyester flannel and the guests must dress their beds upon arrival.
