Positive: This is a very small flat, but basically you have everything you need including large comfy bed. You have mini kitchen with essentials, large bathroom and a balcony. The house is on the main street but the room is overlooking inner courtyard so it's extremely quiet. You park on the street, we managed right in front of the house, and it's for free. Vittorio the owner is super nice and attentive, and the whole place is super secure (code for the main door, for stairs and your apartment. It was perfect for us because it was on our way, but it's perfectly fine for a longer stay. There is a coffee shop right across the street and there are three stores in close proximity.
Negative: I really didn't like the way of payment (bank transaction) I would much prefer PayPal or credit card or cash, and I didn't like the fact that AC is charged after consumption. Just have higher rate and have all included, less hassle.
