Positive: A beautiful spacious apartment in a closed compound with a parking spot and 24/7 security. The beds were super comfy and we had everything we need for a very nice holiday. Eli was very kind and helpful, she send us a lot of recommendations for restaurants and beach bars. The self check in was very clear and easy. Although it's far from the beach (you need a car to move around, we rented from Localiza from Cancun airport and received excellent service with it) we really loved staying there - clean, quiet and beautiful. I highly recommend it and we'd be happy to stay there again!
Negative: There was a bit of a moldy smell in the apartment, which I assume is due to the crazy humidity in the area. Water pressure in the shower was a little low. We also had a lot of tiny ants in the kitchen and we had to be extra careful with the food. It would have been nice to have spare trash bags and more than 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 7 day stay. These are very minor issues for this amazing apartment at a very good price!
