Positive: April went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a good stay. She let us borrow an umbrella, allowed us to stay past checkout, gave us recommendations on what to do and where to eat, and promptly addressed any other request we had.
Negative: The water temperature was uneven so the shower experience wasn’t ideal.
