Positive: Everything! Super clean and cosy. The host, Gian luca, and his wife were very kind and willing to help. The kitchen was super equipped, and the bed was very comfortable with the nice topper. We felt at home and in the meantime in a luxury hotel. The property is closed to shops, bars, and bus stops. The city centre and harbour are reachable by bus in few minutes by bus. Srongly recommended place with free parking in private garage!

Negative: The shower tend was not ideal
