Positive: A little cottage in a valley nestled in amongst the vegetable gardens, overlooked by forest that leads down to a breathtaking waterfall. Do yourself a favour and take a break from Lisbon, Porto and the Algarve, have a recharge, relax and enjoy the house, with its beautiful views, great WiFi, lol. Or go for a wander on the little village lanes that separate one 10 house hamlet from another. Or sit, sunbathing, and have a picnic by the river. Or if you want to explore further, then jump in the car and visit as many River Beaches as you can fit into one holiday. Yes, River Beaches, with cafés, bars, swimming, swings to through yourself off, sunloungers to relax on. I can honestly say that I have been blown away by the natural beauty of this amazing place. Oh, the food, a combination of Thai, Mediterranean cuisine that will satisfy you every time. Try the supermarkets cafés too. And to top it all the kindest, sweetest, caring and considerate host you could possibly wish for. Thanks for everything Josephine.
