Beautiful house in the perfect location in Puntas. Gorgeous views with everything you will need for an unforgettable stay in Rincón. Full kitchen with 5 burner gas stove, conventional and microwave oven, A/C in every bedroom, WiFi, three decks, BBQ, pool and only 0.2 miles from the beach. You are close to restaurants, beaches and nightlife. Puntas is THE place to stay in Rincón to experience the small town feel. You will be surrounded by nature and ocean views. Our house is really spacious so you will have plenty of space to relax. We are right on road 413 0.2 miles up hill from Pools' beach. Pools is a great surfing spot in the winter season and really calm water in the summer. Sandy beach is less than 0.5 miles from the house. The nearest restaurant is 5 houses from Casa Tamboril so you can walk to dinner, down the hill you will find night life, sushi and restaurants. The pool area is in the back yard and is next to our little get away but the pool is only for guests you will not share the pool area with anyone. As your hosts we will be around in case you need anything (from dinner suggestions to salt for your cooking!). Pool hours are from 8am to 8pm. We are very close to our neighbors se we appreciate guests to keep the noise level down. We have a pack and play, floaters, sand toys and kid friendly dinnerware available. For your enjoyment we provide beach chairs, ice cooler, snorkeling equipment, body boards with leash and a couple of surfboards you can use while staying with us.
