Luxury holiday home with private pool close to the beach The beautifully presented Casa Tranquila is in a quiet location within the exclusive residential area of Fuente del Gallo (Conil). Close to open countryside, yet only 400 metres from the beach, 200 metres from bars/restaurants and a 20 minute walk from the bustling town of Conil de la Frontera. The property is immaculately presented throughout and has many special features. Only the highest grade materials and fittings have been used to create this stunning single storey villa (finished in 2016). It has a modern style and is set in large, well stocked, mature private gardens. A brief description is as follows: The front entrance door leads into a bright spacious hall which benefits from natural light from above by way of a large double glazed lucernario. The entrance hall gives easy access to all rooms, including the basement. The master bedroom features large built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with large bath and separate walk-in shower. A further two bedrooms also benefit from large built in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Bedroom 4 also comes with large built in wardrobes. Adjacent to the bedrooms is an additional WC. A further door leads into a generous open plan living room, dining room and American style kitchen. Large sliding patio doors lead to the covered terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. The terrace offers plenty of space for relaxed seating and outdoor dining. The dining area has ample space for a large table and chairs and opens up into the modern kitchen where the cooking island is a focal point and includes a breakfast bar and stools. The fully fitted kitchen comes with marble worktops, electric induction hob, electric oven, dish washer, American style fridge freezer, ceiling mounted extractor and two sinks. As well as a door to the garden, a further door leads from the kitchen into the laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ample storage cupboards. A door leads to a generous Andalusian patio with built in “banquet” seating with ample space for a further table and chairs. The living space outside compliments the luxurious interior of the villa. The good sized private salt water pool, measuring 11.0 m x 5.75 m, sits in a sunny position next to the covered terrace. There is also a further shaded area next to the pool. At night, the pool and all outside areas can be illuminated with integrated outside lighting which can be conveniently operated from within the house.
