The space
Welcome to Casa Tulum! An awesome vacation home in Coachella for a group up to 11 people.
The home's heart is the spacious living room with beautiful Slim Aarons artwork, large sectional and 65" Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime etc and a gas-powered fireplace!
You'll be spending most of your time in the decked-out backyard which has:
- 14000 gallon heated pool
- New salt water system, no chlorine, great for kids and soft on your skin
- hot tub / jacuzzi / spa
- dining table and electric grill
- fire pit with L-shaped sofa
- sun loungers, cornhole, floaties
The open-plan kitchen has a bar perfect for serving drinks and is equipped with gas stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, double-door fridge with freezer, Nespresso and Keurig coffee machines, kettle & toaster. The adjacent dining table can seat 10 people for pizza night or family breakfast.
Just off the living room, with direct access to the backyard, is the owner's suite. It boasts a California King size bed with 12" memory foam mattress under a hand-carved teak headboard. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, shower and bathtub as well as a separate toilet and walk-in closet.
Near the entrance of the house is the first guest room which has two Twin size beds and clothes racks. There are two more guest rooms which both have a Queen size bed, closet and 32" Smart TV.
The fifth bedroom is our mountain room. It's the perfect spot for little (or big) homies to have a slumber party. It has a bunk bed and a Twin bed, so three places to crash. There is a shortcut door to the master bedroom closet, ideal for parents with young children
There is a separate office nook set up for remote working with ergonomic chair, bluetooth keyboard/mouse and snazzy Zoom-suitable art in the background.
The second bathroom is located close to all guest rooms. It has a double vanity and separate bathroom with toilet, which is convenient for larger groups. Across the hall is a separate laundry room with washer and drier.
Guest access
You will have complete private access to the home, as if it were yours.
Other things to note
There is a $100/day charge to heat the pool. Please confirm 24 hours in advance to allow for pre-heating. There is no charge to heat the jacuzzi.
To keep our home spotless, we choose to not host animals including service animals.
