Positive: Dinner at the Gastropub was fantastic and greatly exceeded expectations for a hotel restaurant. Breakfast was good. Great walking paths, but the beach access is a hike.

Negative: We had a ground floor room with a "view" facing towards the pool, but wouldn't have called it a "pool view" since we couldn't really see it... but it wasn't facing the parking lot either.
