Positive: All communication was through the management property, not the hosts. So there was an extra step of getting the keys from the property manager in town, but that went smoothly. The property management company always picked up on the first or second ring. The house was BEAUTIFUL! So much better than staying at one of the hotels in town. They did a really nice job decorating. We were able to relax and spread out and hang out at the house for a few days. Location is also really awesome. Close to downtown, but far enough away that you aren't stuck in the crowds. There are some good hiking trails and you are right next to Museum Hill. There was also a small grocery store close by!
Negative: The circuit breaker was tripped in the kitchen. At first we couldn't figure out why the dishwasher and garbage disposal weren't working. If we hadn't figured it out, we would have had to wait for propery management to send someone over. The kitchen was beautiful, but not quite set up for someone who really wanted to cook while staying there. Knives were dull, only a few pots and pans. One of the headboards in the bedroom was not connected to the bed. It was pretty annoying to not be able to sit up in bed and read because the headboard kept moving.
Summary: So much better than staying at a hotel on the Plaza! (we've done both)
