Positive: Property was good value and fitted the needs of the four of us. 9

Negative: The street location and step made entrance awkward. The general location and the need to climb a very large numbers of steps makes access difficult unless you have a car. The steps were a meeting place for drinking and smoking, etc and seemed dangerous at night

Summary: Overall good value for price. Not recommended for senior or moderately handicapped.
