Positive: Property is not far from Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion, enjoyed ping pong table (bring quarters to purchase ball), very hot water from taps

Negative: Bad wifi, building itself is very tired (especially carpets), had to lug garbage down a big hill to main road for disposal

Summary: Not far from concerts at B of NH
