Positive: Once we figured out parking, everything was easy. The location to the beach, beach chair rental, and jet skis was fantastic. It's easy to get around and close to things to do or wonderful restaurants. Awesome washer and dryer. Great set up for the kitchen. Spacious flat.
Negative: Too many boxes in the master closet, guest bathroom fan squills, ironing board won't close so it needs to be replaced otherwise it too is stored in the master closet.
