Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Property is in a great location and walkable to many restaurants. It was clean and updated, and was a great size for our group of six.

Negative: They charge 10% extra if you want to check in 2 hours early (2pm vs. 4pm), which I have never seen before. 4pm check in is late for most hotels or properties I’ve stayed at. Additionally, checkout is 10am and they ask you to do various chores, such as taking the trash out, when the cleaning fee is $300. Overall it feels like they are just trying to take as much money as possible without thinking about guest experience.
