The villa is located in an exclusive new build community of private villas on the top side of the La Marquesa Golf Course. Due to the community's exclusivity, it's quickly becoming the place to stay due to it's high point location, frontline mountain/sea views, privacy and quality of build. Conveniently located around 1.5 km away from the club house and just over a 5 minute drive to the main area of Ciudad Quesada (Rojales).
This new build property has 3 stories, with 2 different access points, secured with a police response alarm system, has centralised AC in all living and sleeping area and a high speed fibre optic internet wifi accessible throughout.
Once you arrive at the villa and if you are travelling or hiring a car, the villa has it's own private parking space located beside the main entrance. Once you enter the villa with it's tall open plan ceilings, mesmerizing stair lights, you will start to sense it's openness and high standard finishing.
Located on the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom which has a large American size dream bed, large LED TV, walk-in wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a private balcony which boasts some magnificent views of the coast. The second bedroom has a super king size bed with it's own tv, en-suite bathroom and glossy white flush wardrobes.
As you go down the wooden staircase you will start to see a glimpse through the large terrace doors the amazing setting this villa is in, and start to feel that euphoria of staying in such a high standard villa. On the main floor you will find an open plan living room with a large comfortable sofa and arm chair, dining table, large LED Smart TV. Not forgetting a dream kitchen equipped with high end white goods and all you need kitchen appliances, a guest toilet and of the villa's third bedroom. Again equipped with it's own LED TV, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom and access to the outside area.
On the lower floor you will find ample sized area where you can store your suitcases and a laundry room.
Now to the important part, the exterior. Without a doubt in the summer months you will spending most of your time outside. The views to the mountain and coast especially at night is a big reason to stay here, and being front line views are uninterrupted. The pool deck is surrounded by high walls helping to maintain privacy.
