Chad’s Place is along Rt. 220 and approximately 2/10ths a mile from the entrance of Smoke Hole Canyon where you may enjoy hiking, hunting, and fishing the South Branch River! Chad’s Place is a spacious 4 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Chad’s place has a furnished front porch and back patio where you can enjoy the spacious yard area for family fun activities such as corn hole, grilling, or relaxing by the fire pit! Fire wood is available for purchase on site for $5.00. We do allow pets for an extra charge of $50 per stay.
We also have an extra cot and air mattress in the master bathroom closet if you would like to use those also.
