The community features a pool & hot tub (open Memorial Day - Labor Day), hiking trails, tennis/basketball courts, rec field & tot-lot.

Summary: Absolutely wonderful. Everything about it. Only recommendation for future visitors, take a screen ahoy of the access code and Wi-Fi password as there is no connection in the driveway. But it’s not the end of the world if Berkeley Springs Brewing Co. is open, less than a mile away. You can get a tasty beverage and use their Wi-Fi to get the details. Katie, the host is awesome, and was immediately available for any questions.
