Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Beautiful location and brilliant information before booking from Sunny. There was a lovely walk on the other side of the river by doing a right outside the property and walking over the bridge. Had everything we needed except for a cafeteria only coffee pod machine.
Negative: What started off as great communication with Sunny (who may have been on holiday?) went a bit wrong for us having only WiFi…our daughter who lives in Canada luckily had her phone. This meant we were able to contact the number on the office door (left for someone else) for check in. Not sure what we would have done otherwise!
