Welcome to โRendezvousโ only 176 YARDS FROM BEACH ACCESS!! Stay includes access to top notch exercise facility - YEAR AROUND INDOOR POOL- OCEAN FRONT POOL-(all only a very short walk away) AND PICKLEBALL COURTS. This super child-friendly beach house is in the Schooner Ridge Neighborhood!!
Families LOVE Schooner Ridge because it is a quaint oceanside community located right in the village of Duck. There is no need to use your car here. The neighborhood has a loop which is fantastic for kids to ride bikes around (no thru traffic). Guests have access to the all clubhouse and community amenities which include use of an amazing OCEANFRONT Pool w/ Dune-top Gazebo and Private Beach Access exclusively for Schooner Ridge Guests.
More House Recent improvements: New decking, New Hot tub, New refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, New Flatscreens tvs, Gas fireplace, Hardwood floors, Washer/Dryer-High Efficiency, Netflix account for the house :) 5G wifi!!!
