Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Clean, comfortable room. Furnishings, fixtures etc were basic but clean. Everything seemed recently renovated. Getting a nice sitting area with sofa and chairs a true bonus at this level. Location super easy to access from 94 and free parking on site also a bonus.

Negative: Not a prime location. Neighborhood a bit run down but not in an unsafe way. There is a high school across the street and the service drive behind our room doubled as a bus turnaround. Nearest EL stop at least 15 minute walk, so if you're staying as a tourist, dependent on car of some sort although that's offset by price and free parking.

Summary: Not fancy but not bad at all
