Positive: This was my first time staying at this property; previously, I had stayed in hotels close to Market Square, but they were not available. I was pleasantly surprised by this luxurious room with a lovely view of the square (all rooms would have a great view of the square or palace), balcony, comfortable bed, and even a bathtub! This feels like a boutique hotel with careful style and care put into the amenities.
Negative: Some cleanliness was overlooked, such as the desk drawers which were full of food crumbs.
Summary: A beautiful boutique hotel with outstanding view
