Positive: Everything about his luxury hotel was flawless. We were upgraded to a Residence overwater villa without even asking and it is the best hotel villa we have ever stayed in. The staff were really lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The island is literally paradise, I'm already thinking of booking again next year.

Negative: If I were pushed to make any improvements I would maybe suggest seating couples separately from families with small children in restaurants as the majority of couples I imagine are there for a quiet, romantic holiday.
