Beautifully built tiny house in a nice neighborhood. Conveniently located 10 miles from the beach in Colonial Beach and 45 minutes from Fredericksburg. Lofted bedroom with a queen size bed. The loft on the taller side is 3 feet 10 inches, and the shorter side is 2 feet 8 inches tall. Full kitchen with all the amenities needed in a kitchen. Full bathroom with a standing shower (shower head in only 5' 9" tall) and a composting toilet. The lower level boasts a traditional seating area with handcrafted solid wood shelves on either side.

Our composting toilet does not require water, electricity, or chemicals. Even then, there is still no odor. It is a design that has been used across the world for years. Here it is:

5 gallon bucket lined with composting bags.

A scoop or two of sawdust is then used in the bucket after each use. This will stop any odor and help begin the composting process. We recommend removing the bags every day and using a new one to line the bucket.
