Summary: I do appreciate the staff being on 24/7, however, our check-in representative was one their first day and clearly did not know who to operate the computer program for checking people in. We were late arrivals and it took nearly 25 minutes to get the keys and get checked in. There were phone calls to another employee/supervisor who was not on the property that needed to be made, even a video call was required so that person could see the screen our clerk was using.
