Welcome to Columbia Place 5, an AvantStay home!
This one-bedroom plus loft is situated in the Mountain Village core just adjacent to the base of the Village Express lift and features plenty of extra bedding to accommodate at least 7 people.
Enter this unit from an interior hallway to a full open kitchen, dining and living area. There is a dining table with seating for four people. The living area has a large leather sofa sleeper and chair, where you can relax while watching the 43 inches Roku TV. There is a private balcony off of this living area.
Up the stairs brings you to a landing area with twin bunks and access to the bathroom with shower/tub combo and vanity. To the right is the bedroom with full-size bed. There is also a ladder leading up to an extra loft space with a full-size bed.
There is a ski locker located right outside the front door in the interior hallway.
This property is ski-in/ski-out to the Village Express Base area, and also provides easy access to the Meadows beginners slope and the Chondola Lift.
All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.

- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it.
- Storage options for clothes can be limited, and privacy in the loft area may also be a challenge.

- There is one designated parking spot in a detached shared garage for this unit.
- Garage clearance height is 6'8" — large vehicles may not fit and will need to use nearby paid parking options.
- The garage is located a quick one-minute walk from the unit, which is situated directly in the Village core. Please note, you cannot drive directly up to the unit.
- Local parking lots are available for additional fees. Please see the Booking Hub for more details once your booking is confirmed.
- No street parking is available.
- Please note that no reimbursement will be provided if guests are unable to use the designated garage space.
