There's a washer and dryer in the hall between the bedrooms for your convenience.
When it's time to retire, guests can choose from 3 comfortable bedrooms. On the top floor is the primary suite with a luxurious king bed and private bathroom decorated with step-in shower and a separate jetted tub. On the first floor there is 1 guest bedroom with a king sized bed and 1 guest bedroom with two queen beds. A gorgeous screened-in front porch offers the perfect retreat for guests! Comfortable white furniture and a dining table provide places to unwind. Downstairs under the home, there is a game room, complete with white wicker furniture, a tiki bar, a flat screen TV, and a Ping-Pong Table. The star of the outdoor area is a private pool, perfect for taking a quick dip on a hot day. Complete with a sun shelf, this private pool is the highlight of an outdoor area complete with a sandy play area, Adirondack chairs, and a propane grill. Private pool is 29'x11' and 5 ft deep.
