Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Welcome to our 2-bed, 1 bath basement guest suite. The suite is conveniently located with restaurants around and have quick access to major highways Deerfoot 8 mins, Stoney trail 2 mins, 20 mins to downtown, 10 mins to airport, 27 mins to stampede park, and 90 mins to Banff. The suite has a separate entrance. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen size bed.
The suite has a separate entrance, 9ft ceiling height and big windows with lots of sunlight coming in and darkening shades as well.
Both comfortable bedrooms are furnished with queen size bed and have their own closets/ storage space. Both bedrooms have fan provided.
Looking to get some work done, we have a dedicated work space with desk and chair.
The suite has an open concept living area and kitchen. Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances which includes microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator and coffee machine.
For your convenience basic cooking essentials are provided such spoons, forks, knifes, glasses, wine glasses, dishes, soup/ cereal bowls, saucepan, frying pan with spatula, and coffee mugs.
Dining area has a table & 2 chairs.
The suite has 4 piece bathroom. To help you travel light bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, q tips, tooth brush holder, towels, and face towel are provided.
Looking to get some fresh air. Enjoy your morning/evening walks around the pond located diagonally across to the suite .
Kids can enjoy community kids play area and basketball court located within 1 min walking distance.
The suite is surrounded by complex with many restaurants and fast food options, shoppers drug mart, Freshco , Cross Iron Mills shopping outlet, Costco, etc within few minutes in distance.
