Welcome to our beautiful, private, and newly-renovated Suite in Cranston community. This family friendly 3-bedroom house is in a quiet cul de sac and has a fully equipped kitchen, sizeable dinning space, an office space , washer, dryer and an Air Condition etc. Close to Calgary Health Campus hospital and YMCA, Cineplex, Okotoks, downtime Calgary, Banff, Canmore, Spruce Meadows.
This house is perfect for a comfortable stay and for your Calgary vacation rental. It is within walking distance to parks, schools, public transit , Restaurants and shopping! The closest park and greenery space is 2 minutes walk. Our Master's bedroom come with a King size bed, private bathroom and walk-in closet. Please don't use the bathtub in the Master Bedroom because it is under repair.
The other 2 bedrooms come with a Queen bed, and a closet. The house has a living room and a bonus room. In our 2 living rooms, we have high-quality couches. These are comfy enough to just relax, or watch TV or Netflix. We also have an AC, washer and dryer, dedicated office, and dining area!
