1 Bedroom Apartment in Bolzano
This newly-prepared apartment is the second Airbnb property we have opened in a condominium built by my grandfather in the 1960's. The apartment has always been in our family and is now a modern, compact and stylish Airbnb, comfortably hosting up to four people. The apartment has a very accessible location just five minutes from the motorway, and is situated on the cycle path which leads into the city centre (about 20 minutes' ride) and out to Merano and Trento. The apartment has self-check in available, free secure parking and shared use of the communal garden and patio.
The apartment is cool in the summer and cosy in the winter, comfortable and contemporary, with tiled interiors. It has a kitchen / dining area (with dining table, television and double sofa bed), sleek bathroom with shower and bidet, and a double bedroom. It is fully furnished including hairdryer, towels and soaps / shampoos. The apartment is perfect for students, professionals and for tourists to use as a private base to explore the nearby city, mountains and countryside.
The apartment is nestled just on the edge of the countryside and part of a communal block of four, one of which we live in and another of which is also an Airbnb apartment. It overlooks a small set of warehouses to the south which are owned by the family too, and which host a variety of independent local businesses. Just behind the apartment, to the north, is a glorious cycle and walking path along the river, in the shadow of Castle Firmiano. The apartment has shared access to the garden and patio in which you can sit and enjoy a drink (or two!) among the vines.
We are always contactable by phone or Whatsapp to help with any queries and to offer advice - from questions about the apartment, to the best places to eat in town! We live next door to the apartment so are always on-hand for anything you may need.
Please note that there are four steps up to the property. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, but an ashtray is provided in the courtyard. We also have two bicycles available for hire if you would like to make use of the cycle path that goes right past your front door. Please just ask us if you would like to know more.
