Positive: Very spacious room, clean both inside and in the common areas. The kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped. Very close to the bus stop to the city center, shops and bars are nearby, and the train station is also a 15-minute walk away. Communication with the host was efficient and clear - self-check-in.
Negative: You pick up your keys at a different location than your room is, which can be a bit inconvenient if you don't have a car and are walking with a suitcase. The walls aren't soundproof, so it's noisy, especially if your room is near the entrance and elevator.
Summary: Good for a short stay
