Situated in the Historic Harbor Lofts, in the center of SF's vibrant waterfront, this inspiring luxurious 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo will definitely bring you a remarkable experience and satisfaction that will make you come back to SF again!
Constructed in 1856, Harbor Lofts was originally known as the Hathaway Warehouse, a shipping and distribution facility in the center of SF's vibrant waterfront. The rehabilitation and conversion of this national historic landmark in 1996-1997 resulted to a splendid brick structure... and this amazing unit is part of it!
At almost 2000 square feet, it is the largest loft in this historic building and is very unique. It has thick brick walls on three sides, 18 foot ceilings, a huge front window that fills the main living area with natural light, a large custom automated fish aquarium, and a historic original steel fire door.
This special loft also has a gourmet kitchen with Wolf, Viking, Miele, and SubZero appliances, a temperature controlled wine cellar, a large office, plenty of built in maple cabinetry, two large designer bathrooms with white marble floors, a walk-in closet, washer and dryer in the unit and two large bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed while the second bedroom has custom triple bunk beds, a reading nook, and a large closet. What more can you ask for!

--Tenants must sign a lease and complete all HOA forms prior to their stay
--Just a quick heads up that our HOA does not allow move-ins or move-outs on weekends and holidays.
--Security Deposit equivalent to one month's rent will be requested at the time of booking. This is fully refundable after the stay as long there are no damages found or no extra cleaning incurred.
